Hays Education

Hays is an expert in SEN recruitment and the preferred recruitment partner of SWALSS. Hays provides specialist SEN teaching and support staff across the education, health and social care sectors, to special schools, pupil referral units, specialist colleges, juvenile custody centres and other settings.

With 30 specialist offices across the UK, Hays can provide specialist SEN staff on a short or long term temporary or permanent basis.

Strictly Education

Strictly Education is an independent national company specialising in support to schools in Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Property, ICT and Academy advice and guidance. As specialists in Academy conversions, we work with over 80 schools including VA, Special, Faith and Community schools, assisting them in making a considered decision to convert, and helping them through the process and beyond.

We are offering SWALSS members a special deal of £6500 (excluding legal fees) on our standard support package for Academy conversions, saving £1000 on our normal price.
